You can collect the orders at the forwarder's warehouse not our warehouse.

We have a partnership with a forwarder in Korea, and we can connect with them.

I would like to refund/return my order?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. We only provide exchanges for items that are damaged upon arrival. Please send us photos and the details of the damage for review.
